Call for papers
Abstracts are accepted before March 15, 2022 in two formats (at the applicant’s choice): in the form of a text and/or a video file (optionally, participants can submit video files of abstracts and presentations in addition to or instead of written abstracts).
The collection of abstracts (preprint) will be published in electronic form before the conference and posted at the conference and IGH RAS websites. Simultaneously, the submitted video abstracts will be posted on the Youtube channel of the conference. The video files of the presentations will be posted as they become available.
Text for publication:
up to 3,000 characters (including spaces) for individual papers;
up to 5,000 characters (including spaces) for presentations of collective research projects (grants of research groups for fundamental research).
Optionally, participants can submit video files in addition to or instead of written abstracts. The video should be:
5 to 10 minutes long for individual presentations;
5 to 15 minutes long for presentations of collective research projects;
3 to 10 minutes long for the presentation of one edition.

Time regulations:
15 min for individual papers and presentations of individual research projects;
up to 30 minutes for presentations of collective research projects (grants of research groups for fundamental research);
up to 10 min for presentation of editions;
45 min for individual lectures at seminars.
The time regulations for presentations at round tables are made by the agreement with the organizers of the round table, at sessions for presentations of major porfessional editions - by the agreement with the organizing committee of the conference.

Abstracts are accepted (at the applicant’s choice) in the form of:
I. text in MS Word DOC, DOCX or RTF format
Please be sure to indicate in Russian or any of the main European languages:
1) information about the author: full name, academic degree and title, email address for correspondence, affiliation (place of work and position);
2) title of the paper in lowercase letters (example: Title);
3) keywords (up to 10 words);
4) use Times New Roman font;
5) please, do not use page numbering, hyphenation, styles and macros;
6) please, do not use tables, diagrams, illustrations, etc.;
7) in case of using special fonts, please, be sure to send their files and a copy of the text in pdf format.
8) Please note that if you want to provide links and a list of sources and literature, their volume should be included in the total volume of characters allowed for the format of participation you have chosen. Links are formatted within the text in parentheses. A list of sources and literature is placed after the text.
II. an mp4 video file
Optionally, participants can attach video files to the application in addition to or instead of written abstracts.
For video, a presentation with images is required (required format: voice-over on the background of a presentation consisting of photographs and / or maps and / or text and / or tables and / or diagrams and diagrams). Please, note that if you submit abstracts on one topic simultaneously in the form of text and in the form of a video file, the video material should not duplicate, but supplement and expand the material of the written abstracts. The report at the conference should include the main provisions of the video abstracts.
The video file must have in Russian or any of the main European languages, the graphics of which are supported by Youtube:
1) information about the author: full name, academic degree and title, email address for correspondence, affiliation (place of work and position);
2) the title of the report in lowercase letters (example: Title) up to 100 characters with spaces (each title);
3) annotations of up to 1500 characters each (in Russian – optional, only in a foreign language);
4) a timeline for videos longer than 5 minutes (at least 3 timestamps for episodes);
5) keywords (up to 10 words).
It is possible to submit an application to two or three sessions at once, but only if one of them is an individual paper, and the other is given as part of a research group or is a presentation of publications.
All abstracts and applications are selected in compliance with the format and scientific level of the conference. The results of the selection will be reported to the participants by March 30, 2022. Abstracts that do not meet these requirements, do not have an electronic version in a format compatible with MS Word or mp4, arranged not according to the requirements for abstracts, not accompanied by the information about the author, or received after the deadline, are not considered by the Organizing Committee. Applications and abstracts are not reviewed.
